MEET THE HOST: LUZ MARINA!

She is an expert in Andean gastronomy. Luz Marina loves hosting tourists and teaching them ancestral techniques to prepare the most delicious and traditional dishes. She can cook every dish you want and knows more than 50 different recipes from the region that will knock you out!

Prepare and eat delicious typical meals with Huchuy Qosqo’s local people, made of natural ingredients from their own harvest. You can cook quinoa chaufa, stuffed trout, mixed vegetables between other amazing dishes. Be part of a true gastronomic experience and understand why Peru is awarded as the world’s top culinary destination!

Something very interesting about this community is that its main water supply is still an irrigation canal built by the Incas.
